National & State HQ Positions

At headquarters or state offices, a range of employees provide the infrastructure for our programs to thrive. A wide array of administrative, financial, organizational and development professionals create the structure to support and expand the work of the campus program staff. From fundraising to operations, from administrative support to volunteer management, from technology to finance, you can apply your skills to a great cause at Citizen Schools.

State Offices

With the energy of a start-up and an enviable track record of success, the national network team is transforming the after-school sector one community at a time. Citizen Schools operates regional branch offices, which oversee and grow our programs in communities recently added to the Citizen Schools family. Every campus is staffed by Campus Directors, Teaching Fellows, and Teaching Associates who deliver our volunteer-led apprenticeships, school success curriculum, and team-building activities to middle school students after school.

National Headquarters in Boston

Citizen Schools' newly renovated headquarters located in Boston Children's Museum in the heart of one of the country's most vibrant cities, houses the primary infrastructure for our national network of program sites. The open, loft-like office environment is also home to the front-line staff who operate our largest cluster of programs—the 10 campuses that make up Citizen Schools Boston. Our headquarters also boasts a state-of-the-art training facility, incorporating the latest technologies for professional development and conferencing.
